Pros & Cons
MyFundedFutures pros & cons
The strengths and trade-offs our editors weigh when scoring this firm.
What traders like
- Trustpilot 4.9 across 20,876 reviews checked on 8 August 2026, with 12,124 of those reviews from the last twelve months and no review guideline warning on the profile.
- No daily loss limit and no consistency rule on funded Rapid, Rapid EOD or Pro accounts, removing the two mechanisms most often used elsewhere to void a payout after it has been earned.
- No activation fee on any plan, against $149 at Topstep and $69 to $159 at Apex.
- Unusually direct about its worst term: the Rapid page carries a section headed 'Yes, Rapid uses intraday trailing drawdown' explaining the trade off before purchase.
- Copy trading across a trader's own accounts is expressly permitted, with Tradesyncer named as the preferred copier and the Tradovate group copier supported.
- Publishes a full restricted countries list rather than leaving eligibility to be discovered at KYC.
What to watch
- Its Disclaimer page states 'All accounts (including evaluation and funded accounts) operate in a simulated, non-executing environment. No real capital is deployed at any stage', while its Pro plan page markets a move to a real brokerage account at Blue Row Capital with real money and an 80/20 split. Both statements were live and re-checked on 9 August 2026.
- Blue Row Capital, the named live counterparty, returned no records in NFA BASIC on 8 August 2026 and publishes no legal entity or registration number on its own site.
- The flagship Rapid plan tightens the drawdown after funding: end of day trailing during the evaluation, intraday trailing once sim funded.
- Tier 1 news trading is allowed during the Rapid and Rapid EOD evaluations but prohibited once funded, so the rules a trader passes under are not the rules they are paid under.
- No executive is named anywhere on the site, and the Simulated Trader Agreement that governs the funded stage is referenced by the public Terms but not publicly linked.
- No filing number could be confirmed for MyFunded Futures, LLC: the Texas registries were unreachable from this environment on both 8 and 9 August 2026.

Rules
MyFundedFutures rules, explained
The rules that actually get traders breached: what they are and how this firm sets them.
| Rule | MyFundedFutures | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Drawdown type | Hybrid | Trailing drawdown follows your equity peak and is the #1 cause of surprise breaches; static drawdown is fixed from starting balance and far more forgiving. |
| Consistency rule | 50% cap per day | Caps how much of your total profit can come from a single day. A strict cap can delay or void payouts for traders with a few big wins. |
| News trading | Restricted | Some firms void trades placed around high-impact news releases, which is critical if you trade NFP, CPI, or rate decisions. |
| Expert advisors (EAs) | Allowed | Determines whether automated strategies and copiers are permitted, and whether an EA can get your account flagged. |
| Minimum trading days | 2 days | The floor on how fast you can pass a phase, which matters if you trade infrequently or want to pass quickly. |
| Weekend / overnight holding | Not allowed | Swing traders need positions to survive the Friday close. Where holding is barred, open trades are closed for you and gaps cannot be traded. |
| Copy trading | Allowed | Decides whether you can mirror one strategy across several accounts. Most firms that allow it restrict it to accounts you own yourself. |
| High-frequency trading | Not allowed | Firms police latency arbitrage and tick scalping hard, and an HFT breach is one of the most common reasons a passed account is voided. |
